The one thing in life you can be certain of is change.
Holding true to that maxim I find myself moving my Santa Rosa office again in less than a year since my last move. I am pleased to announce my NEW, NEW Santa Rosa office location starting April 1, 2014.
Renée Valentino, PT and I have decided to continue sharing office space and we are moving just down the road from our current location.
Please make note starting on Tuesday, April 1, I will be seeing all my Rolfing SI clients at:
725 Farmers Lane, Suite 12
Santa Rosa, CA 95405
I look forward to seeing you at my new location!
Also in the news…
I am just back from a continuing education workshop in Bellingham, WA with Advanced Rolfing Instructor, Tessy Brungardt. This 3 Day workshop focused on The Shoulder Girdle. After 18 years of practice I am still amazed at how much more I can continue to learn about the human body. I have new awareness and skills for working with your shoulder girdle issues.
The shoulder girdle encompasses a large territory in the body and includes a number of elegant and complicated joints. Disorganization in the arms and shoulders can cause pain and far reaching problems, especially in the back and neck. In this class we explored these relationships to understand how habitual patterns and trauma affect the whole system. We focused on techniques to work with the hands, arms, and shoulders that address specific and common issues such as frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, golf and tennis elbow, etc.
Thanks for sharing the news Carole.
