Info You Need to Know

I use an online appointment system since it’s so much easier than playing phone tag with each other. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day online.

MAKE SURE YOU GET AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION for your appointment. If you do not receive one you MAY NOT have an appointment. The most common reason people don’t receive confirmations is because they entered an incorrect email address. So please, double check your email address BEFORE clicking Schedule Appointment.

Since this software has to work with some rules, it only schedules along the specifications I set for it. If there is something you need to change, i.e. an appointment time at 2:15 pm instead of 2:30 pm, make the best appointment time here, leave me a note, and I’ll see if I can accommodate you.

It can take me up to 24 hours to return phone calls. It is nothing personal and I do care that you called. Sending an email or booking a phone consultation are often better ways to connect with me. I am a one person private practice and my focus is on the client with whom I am currently working. I appreciate your understanding.

I require 24 hour cancellation of appointments or you will be charged for your missed appointment time if I am not able to fill your spot from my waiting list.

If you are late you will be seen for the balance of your remaining appointment time and charged the full amount.

All of the information you enter in this schedule is confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. When you make your appointment there will be a place for you to send me a note if you like.
