A few simple things to know before you book, so your first visit goes smoothly.
I use an online appointment system since it’s so much easier than playing phone tag. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day online.
MAKE SURE YOU GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION for your appointment. If you don’t receive one, you may not have an appointment. The most common reason is an incorrect email address — so please double-check it before clicking Schedule Appointment.
The scheduling software works within the rules I set for it. If you need something specific — say, 2:15 pm instead of 2:30 pm — book the closest time, leave me a note, and I’ll see if I can accommodate you.
It can take me up to 24 hours to return phone calls — it’s nothing personal. Sending an email or booking a phone consultation is often a better way to connect, as I’m a one-person private practice focused on the client I’m currently working with.
I require 24-hour cancellation, or you’ll be charged for the missed appointment time if I’m not able to fill your spot from my waiting list. If you arrive late, you’ll be seen for the balance of your remaining time and charged the full amount.
All of the information you enter in the schedule is confidential and will not be shared with anyone. When you book, there’s a place to send me a note if you’d like.
Thank you — I look forward to working with you!
